WorkSpace Halloween Extravaganza Has No Tricks, Just Plenty of Treats
Halloween in New York City is a magical time. The parade! Bodega owners doling out candy! The Empire State building lit up like a Jack-o-Lantern! We’re always looking for new ways to give back to this fabulous city and especially our neighborhoods. Our most recent venture was to turn our retail space in Inwood into a neighborhood children’s art exhibit.
This past Friday, we upped the ante even more! From 3:00 to 5:00pm, kids 12 and under were invited to partake in that magic with a fun, friendly and free Halloween celebration held in the hallways of WorkSpace Offices, one of the businesses owned by our parent company, Edison Properties. Workspace provides affordable offices that cater to the needs of small business owners. Offices range in size and feature flexible terms with variable leases, all in a vibrant environment of like-minded professionals.
Over 300 kids enjoyed trick or treating through our hallways, scary storytelling, face painting, a costume contest, and pumpkin painting. It was a great way to celebrate with our neighborhood residents who we love hanging with. Thanks to everyone who came out to join our WorkSpace Halloween Extravaganza (especially everyone who shared their candy loot with us).
